The Ypra Surf is the front wing dedicated to professional level wave riding.
The Ypra ranges have been developed to meet the needs of our team riders who exclusively use production models on the World Tour. As the disciplines specialize with the evolution of the sport, the characteristics of these front wings have been refined to offer THE best front wing for each use.
This Ypra Surf has therefore taken up all the qualities of the Ypra-S, our best-selling front wing with multiple world titles to its name, but by concentrating its developments fully to wave riding.
The aspect ratio has been slightly reduced to be more radical in the waves. Rail to rail is more lively and fluid at the same time. Low speed tolerance is also reinforced.
The very fast but slightly more generous profile provides the necessary roundness for a full-on surf program. The speed range is much larger, which allows you to achieve all types of carves and moves.
The balance between wingspan, chord length and thickness maximizes maneuverability to focus solely on each surf move.
The gain in tolerance greatly boosts its take-off, pop and re-pop qualities. The Ypra Surf offers a lot of lift, while maintaining an incredible top speed.
The range develops wingspans from S to XL in surfaces from 600 cm2 to 900 cm2 to maintain a span and aspect ratio perfectly suited to its world-class surf program.
